Funeral Wear Women
The funeral attire for ladies is subdued and conservative. Females should wear black dresses or skirts with a neutral colored blouse. If deciding on a suit, the same guidelines apply, a black or dark colored suit with a white or neutral shirt sans the tie. Shoulders need to be covered and the dress or skirt length shouldn't be above the knees.
Wear formal and simple black footwear that's comfortable. Heels are not encouraged, as not only are they inappropriate it may be very difficult to be on your feet the whole day when wearing such footwear. The idea is to attract no attention to the dress you are wearing.
Anyone attending a funeral ceremony should be appropriately dressed in a manner that depicts respect for both the bereaved and the deceased. On most occasions, colorful clothing is not an appropriate choice, but most important is that everything ought to be well pressed and clean.
